As a military wife, I have lived away from parents, siblings, and grandparents for the past twenty years, so anytime I get to reunite with my family is a cause for celebration. Some family gatherings can be tricky when you bring so many different personalities together, and this can be a great opportunity to look past our differences and bind over our shared histories with one another.
