Lord, I pray for this actor I know, (actor’s name). I pray that he will do well in his next audition. He’s had some good acting jobs and is really excited about this next opportunity. I ask that you help him remember his lines and keep him calm.

Lord God, I pray for my friend who is a sculptor. They make beautiful art out of clay and sometimes marble. Yet, they’ve been having pain in their hands, the very tools they use to make beautiful art!
I pray that you heal their hands. I pray that whether it’s through a good doctor, medicine, or even surgery, that you are the source of healing for them. Be their strength in the weak moments, as they are fearful of losing their ability to sculpt. It would mean losing their livelihood and the pure joy they get from creating out of nothing.

Dear Lord, I want to come to you on behalf of a painter who lives in our town. They’re facing a creative block right now. They can’t seem to paint anything at the moment. They told me there’s no inspiration or vision within them.

Dear God, my friend is just beginning their acting career. They have done a lot of training and are now going out on their first auditions. They are also trying to narrow down their choices for an agent. They have a lot on their plate with their new career.
I pray for them to mark out their time so they can focus on getting acting jobs. I pray they find a good agent who will work on their behalf. I pray against any pressure or harassment they may face as a woman or a man in the acting business.
